A private investigator says he has tracked down a homeless Utah man and delivered some good news: He’s inherited a lot of money.
David Lundberg said he found Max Melitzer pushing a shopping cart filled with personal possessions in a Salt Lake City park Saturday afternoon.
Lundberg declined to disclose how much money Melitzer will be receiving, but said the man’s brother who died of cancer last year left him a “significant” amount in his will.
The Mermaid Parade in New York City’s Coney Island is like a cross between Mardi Gras and Christmas: The huge crowd wears wild and outrageous costumes, and the marchers in the parade are either naughty or nice.

Authorities are struggling to determine with certainty what killed Matthew Lebold, an apparent drug user who was also missing large portions of his face when his body was found.
Police were called to the 25-year-old Lebold’s home in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago on Tuesday afternoon for a well-being check. His father made the call after not hearing from him for some time,according to the Chicago Tribune.
He was found dead in the home, appearing to have overdosed on drugs — but also having suffered serious trauma to his upper body from his pit bull.

Over the weekend, the photograph above circulated widely on the internet. The image shows what looks like an official McDonald’s notice in the window of a restaurant, telling customers that blacks will be charged $1.50 extra ”as an insurance measure due in part to a recent string of robberies.”
Many internet users retweeted the photo, using the words “Seriously McDonald’s,” to express their disapproval of the burger chain.

A PROUD nudist has outraged mums and teachers by handing out naked flyers of herself in a bizarre bid to stop a school cutting down trees.
Naturist Anya Petrovic said further destruction of the fauna would allow the students, as young as five, a “bird’s eye” view of her sunbaking naked.
Manly Vale Public School parents were shocked when Ms Petrovic – whose property borders the school – recently turned up and started handing out the pamphlets.
The full-frontal nudity flyer, which had a small black square covering her lower private parts, was also left on the windscreens of cars parked in the area.
